Green Smoothie and Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 handfuls of spinach
  • 1.5 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 cups frozen mango
  • 1.5-2 cups water
  • Dave's Killer Bread
  • Dairy-free cream cheese
  • Avocado
  • Everything seasoning
  • Chili flakes

Preparation

Green smoothie

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth

Avocado toast

  1. Toast the bread

  2. Spread the dairy-free cream cheese on top

  3. Add sliced avocado

  4. Sprinkle with everything seasoning and chili flakes
