Carrot and Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 carrots, pre cooked then frozen (or frozen from the grocery store)
- 1/2 cup mango frozen
- 1 cup cauliflower rice, frozen
- 2 scoops vanilla plant based protein
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Toppings
- banana
- kiwi
- hemp seeds
Preparation
Chill a bowl in the freezer.
Combine all ingredients into your blender.
Start on low and work up to high.
Leave it going until everything is completely combined and smooth.
Pour into your chilled bowl.
Then lay on those yummy toppings.
