Choco-Nutty Smoothie Bowl Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe frozen banana
- 1/2 frozen avocado
- 2 heaped tbsp cacao
- 2 large tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp maca
- 3 dates
- 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
- enough plant mylk to blend (approx 3/4 cup)
Toppings
- toasted hazelnuts
- granola
- blackberries
- bluebs and banana
- peanut butter
Preparation
Toast the hazelnuts if they are not already toasted
Blend all the smoothie ingredients until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
