Choco-Nutty Smoothie Bowl Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 2 heaped tbsp cacao
  • 2 large tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 3 dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
  • enough plant mylk to blend (approx 3/4 cup)

Toppings

  • toasted hazelnuts
  • granola
  • blackberries
  • bluebs and banana
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Toast the hazelnuts if they are not already toasted

  2. Blend all the smoothie ingredients until smooth

  3. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  4. Add the toppings on top
