Kiwi and Pear Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 pear, sliced and frozen
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and frozen
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups kale, stem removed
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup nondairy milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. You may need to add more liquid depending on the power and speed of your blender to adjust the thickness.
