Kiwi and Pear Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 pear, sliced and frozen
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and frozen
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups kale, stem removed
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup nondairy milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
You may need to add more liquid depending on the power and speed of your blender to adjust the thickness.
