Superfood Hempseed Nourish Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 C unsweetened plant based yogurt
- 1 TBSP hemp seed
- 1/2 nectarine
- 1/2 yellow mango
- 1/4 C blueberries
- 3 strawberries
- squeeze of lemon
- fresh mint
Preparation
In a bowl, add the plant-based yogurt as the base.
Top with hemp seeds, nectarine, mango, blueberries, and strawberries.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
