No-Knead Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 500 grams bread flour
- 350-370 grams water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 2 grams bread softener
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and place in an oiled, covered container.
Cover the container and perform a stretch and fold every 30 minutes for four sets, wetting hands with water as needed.
Grease a pizza pan with butter or oil.
Press the dough into the pan using hands until it fills the pan.
Poke the center of the pizza dough with a fork.
Spread pizza sauce over the dough and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; add a bit of peppercorns if desired.
Let the prepared pizza rest for 30 minutes.
Bake at 180°C until fully cooked.
