No-Knead Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 500 grams bread flour
  • 350-370 grams water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 2 grams bread softener

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and place in an oiled, covered container.

  2. Cover the container and perform a stretch and fold every 30 minutes for four sets, wetting hands with water as needed.

  3. Grease a pizza pan with butter or oil.

  4. Press the dough into the pan using hands until it fills the pan.

  5. Poke the center of the pizza dough with a fork.

  6. Spread pizza sauce over the dough and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; add a bit of peppercorns if desired.

  7. Let the prepared pizza rest for 30 minutes.

  8. Bake at 180°C until fully cooked.
