5-Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin spice mix
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups almond, coconut or oat milk
- 1-2 shots espresso (optional, skip this for a caffeine-free version)

- Store-bought or homemade coconut whipped cream
Preparation
Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice to a saucepan and gently simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture is fragrant.
Add the maple syrup and milk and continue to heat, stirring frequently, until warmed and well mixed (about 3-4 minutes).
Add coffee/espresso if using, and stir to combine.
Pour into a tall glass or mug and top with coconut whipped cream and an extra dash of pumpkin spice.
