Pumpkin Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso
Ingredients
Pumpkin brown sugar syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Other
- 2 shots of espresso
- 1-2 cups ice
- Oat milk
Preparation
Syrup
Combine brown sugar, pumpkin purée, water, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla in a small pot
Whisk together
Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Drink assembly
In a shaker, combine ice, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin brown sugar syrup, and 2 shots of espresso
Shake
Pour into a glass and add milk to taste
Notes
This recipe makes enough syrup for about 4-5 drinks
