Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 shots espresso or 1 cup strong brewed coffee

Garnish

  • Whipped coconut cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Heat the almond milk until hot

  2. In a mug, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice mix, and vanilla extract

  3. Pour the hot milk into the mug and stir until smooth

  4. Add the espresso or strong brewed coffee and stir to combine

  5. Top with whipped coconut cream if desired

  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon
