Pumpkin Spice Latte Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut sugar (sub brown sugar)
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup oatmilk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, add the ingredients except vanilla, whisk together, and heat until boiling.

  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Turn off the heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.

  4. Let the syrup cool before pouring it into a glass storage jar or using it immediately.

  1. Store the syrup in the refrigerator for future use to enjoy in coffee.
