Warm Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 dl oatmilk
  • 1 dl black coffee
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a pot on low heat and stir.

  2. Let the latte simmer for around 10 minutes.

  3. Remove the cinnamon stick and the star anise.

  4. Pour the liquid into a cup and enjoy warm with some soy whip on top.

Notes

  1. This recipe is for one cup.

  2. Using oatmilk from Oddly Good Barista edition is recommended.
