Warm Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 2 dl oatmilk
- 1 dl black coffee
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a pot on low heat and stir.
Let the latte simmer for around 10 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon stick and the star anise.
Pour the liquid into a cup and enjoy warm with some soy whip on top.
Notes
This recipe is for one cup.
Using oatmilk from Oddly Good Barista edition is recommended.
