Low-Carb Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 200ml almond drink
  • 50g pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 20g Xylitol

Optional decoration

  • 40g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. If desired, melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.

  2. Use a spoon to run the chocolate down the rim of the glass.

  3. Place the glass in the fridge to set the chocolate.

  4. In a saucepan, mix almond drink with pumpkin puree over low heat.

  5. Stir in pumpkin spice, protein powder, and Xylitol.

  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and serve.
