Low-Carb Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 200ml almond drink
- 50g pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 20g Xylitol
Optional decoration
- 40g dark chocolate
Preparation
If desired, melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
Use a spoon to run the chocolate down the rim of the glass.
Place the glass in the fridge to set the chocolate.
In a saucepan, mix almond drink with pumpkin puree over low heat.
Stir in pumpkin spice, protein powder, and Xylitol.
Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and serve.
