Fitness Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 400 ml skim milk
  • 30 g sugar-free white chocolate or regular white chocolate
  • 30 g Erythritol or alternative sweetener (Xylitol, Flavdrops, honey, or sugar)
  • 100 g pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spice or cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cook pumpkin in water until soft and drain.

  2. Puree pumpkin with milk in a blender.

  3. Press the liquid through a fine sieve into a pot to remove pumpkin pieces.

  4. Warm the liquid on medium heat and melt the white chocolate in it.

  5. Stir in Erythritol or chosen sugar alternative and the gingerbread spice.

  6. Fill into two cups and serve with milk foam.
