Easy Pumpkin Mug Cake for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- honey (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
Remove excess moisture from the pumpkin if desired to reduce softness.
Add honey and a generous amount of cinnamon or other spices to improve flavor.
Beat the ingredients together.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Top with Greek yogurt, oat and honey granola, sunbutter, berries, or any desired toppings.
