Easy Pumpkin Mug Cake for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • honey (optional)
  • cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

  1. Remove excess moisture from the pumpkin if desired to reduce softness.

  2. Add honey and a generous amount of cinnamon or other spices to improve flavor.

  3. Beat the ingredients together.
