Gluten-Free Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Canyon Gluten-Free country white bread
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

Preparation

  1. Cut the bread into 12 mini pieces

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, coconut sugar, egg, and almond milk.

  3. Toss the bread pieces into the bowl and carefully stir until they’re coated.

  4. Pour everything into a microwaveable mug or bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Optional: top with vanilla icing.
