Gluten-Free Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Canyon Gluten-Free country white bread
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
Preparation
Cut the bread into 12 mini pieces
In a large bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, coconut sugar, egg, and almond milk.
Toss the bread pieces into the bowl and carefully stir until they’re coated.
Pour everything into a microwaveable mug or bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Optional: top with vanilla icing.
