Air-Fried Toasted Coconut French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 Canyon Gluten-Free English Muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Splash of almond milk
  • Desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Slice the English muffin into halves or desired pieces.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, cinnamon, and almond milk.

  3. Pour the desiccated coconut into another small bowl.

  4. Dip the English muffin slices into the egg mixture, then into the coconut, and air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes.

Serving suggestions

  1. Top with warm blueberries, peanut butter, and a little powdered sugar.
