Easy Banana Blender Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Sprinkle of salt

Optional

  • 1 scoop protein powder

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together in a blender on low to medium speed.

  2. Grease a skillet over low to medium heat.

  3. Add butter, ghee, or coconut oil to the skillet.

  4. Pour the batter into the skillet to make mini pancakes.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  6. Remove and serve.

Tips

  1. Top with banana slices, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
