Easy Banana Blender Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Sprinkle of salt
Optional
- 1 scoop protein powder
Preparation
Blend everything together in a blender on low to medium speed.
Grease a skillet over low to medium heat.
Add butter, ghee, or coconut oil to the skillet.
Pour the batter into the skillet to make mini pancakes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove and serve.
Tips
Top with banana slices, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
