Simple Banana and Egg Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- cinnamon
- butter or oil (for cooking)
Toppings
- Greek yogurt
- honey
- additional cinnamon
Preparation
Mix the banana, eggs, and cinnamon together to make the batter
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat
Add butter or oil to the skillet
Spoon the batter into the pan and repeat until there is no more room
Cook each pancake for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes
Repeat the process with the remaining batter
Top with Greek yogurt, honey, and more cinnamon before serving
