Simple Banana and Egg Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • cinnamon
  • butter or oil (for cooking)

Toppings

  • Greek yogurt
  • honey
  • additional cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix the banana, eggs, and cinnamon together to make the batter

  2. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat

  3. Add butter or oil to the skillet

  4. Spoon the batter into the pan and repeat until there is no more room

  5. Cook each pancake for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes

  6. Repeat the process with the remaining batter

  7. Top with Greek yogurt, honey, and more cinnamon before serving
