Warm Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 400 ml skim milk or milk alternative
  • 30 g sugar-free white chocolate or normal white chocolate
  • 30 g Erythritol or alternative like Xylitol, Flavdrops, honey, or sugar
  • 100 g pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spice or alternatively cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cook pumpkin in water until soft and drain.

  2. Puree pumpkin with milk in a blender and press the mixture through a fine sieve into a pot to remove pumpkin pieces.

  3. Heat the liquid on medium heat and melt white chocolate in it.

  4. Stir in Erythritol or sugar alternative and gingerbread spice.

  5. Fill into two cups and serve with milk foam.
