Gingerbread Latte with Spices and Honey

Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 small gingerbread cookie or speculoos
  • 150 ml coffee or black tea

Preparation

  1. Chop the gingerbread cookie into small pieces

  2. Warm the milk in a pot without bringing it to a boil

  3. Add the gingerbread spice, chopped gingerbread cookie, and honey, and stir with a whisk

  4. Brew the espresso or black tea

  5. Pour the warmed milk into a large cup and top with the espresso or black tea

  6. Cover the surface with milk foam
