Gingerbread Latte with Spices and Honey
Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 small gingerbread cookie or speculoos
- 150 ml coffee or black tea
Preparation
Chop the gingerbread cookie into small pieces
Warm the milk in a pot without bringing it to a boil
Add the gingerbread spice, chopped gingerbread cookie, and honey, and stir with a whisk
Brew the espresso or black tea
Pour the warmed milk into a large cup and top with the espresso or black tea
Cover the surface with milk foam
