Iced Brown Sugar Latte
Ingredients
Coffee foam
- 2 tablespoons Nescafé Black Roast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Brown sugar syrup
- 125 ml water
- 185 g brown cane sugar
Latte
- 250 ml milk
- Handful of ice cubes
Preparation
Bring water and brown sugar to a boil in a pot and simmer gently for 15 minutes to make the brown sugar syrup.
Set aside 2 tablespoons of the syrup for the drink and store the remainder for later use.
Whisk together sugar, water, and Nescafé Black Roast until frothy; this takes about 6-8 minutes by hand or 3-4 minutes with a machine.
Add ice cubes to a glass and fill with milk.
Stir in the brown sugar syrup and top with the coffee foam.
