Iced Brown Sugar Latte

Ingredients

Coffee foam

  • 2 tablespoons Nescafé Black Roast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Brown sugar syrup

  • 125 ml water
  • 185 g brown cane sugar

Latte

  • 250 ml milk
  • Handful of ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Bring water and brown sugar to a boil in a pot and simmer gently for 15 minutes to make the brown sugar syrup.

  2. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the syrup for the drink and store the remainder for later use.

  3. Whisk together sugar, water, and Nescafé Black Roast until frothy; this takes about 6-8 minutes by hand or 3-4 minutes with a machine.

  4. Add ice cubes to a glass and fill with milk.

  5. Stir in the brown sugar syrup and top with the coffee foam.
