Thai Iced Tea Beverage

Ingredients

Tea base

  • 1 liter water
  • 2 tablespoons Thai tea

Sugar syrup

  • 100 grams sugar
  • Water as needed

Milk mixture

  • 200 ml evaporated milk
  • 100 ml sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

  1. Boil water and steep Thai tea for 5 minutes, then set aside.

  2. Boil sugar with water until syrupy, then set aside.

  3. Mix evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk together, then set aside.

  4. Combine all three mixtures in a glass or bottle, adjust sweetness to taste, and serve cold.
