Thai Iced Tea Beverage
Ingredients
Tea base
- 1 liter water
- 2 tablespoons Thai tea
Sugar syrup
- 100 grams sugar
- Water as needed
Milk mixture
- 200 ml evaporated milk
- 100 ml sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
Boil water and steep Thai tea for 5 minutes, then set aside.
Boil sugar with water until syrupy, then set aside.
Mix evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk together, then set aside.
Combine all three mixtures in a glass or bottle, adjust sweetness to taste, and serve cold.
