Mango Jelly Ice Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 packet mango nutrijell
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 liters water (500ml substituted with liquid milk)
  • 2 sweet mangoes
  • 3 packets mango nutrisari
  • 2 packets sweet orange nutrisari

Preparation

  1. Make the nutrijell according to the package instructions, then let it set and cut into small cubes.

  2. Peel the mango, wash it thoroughly, and cut into small cubes similar to the nutrijell.

  3. Combine sweetened condensed milk, water, and sugar, boil until sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and let cool to warm temperature. Note that 1 liter water and 500ml liquid milk can be used as preferred.

  4. When the mixture is warm, add nutrisari, stir well, and let cool to room temperature. Once cooled, add the jelly cubes and mango pieces, then serve with ice cubes or store in the refrigerator.
