Economical Indonesian Suckable Pudding
Ingredients
- 1600 ml water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 sachet plain agar agar powder
- 40 grams granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Food coloring as needed
Preparation
Mix water, sweetened condensed milk, agar agar powder, sugar, vanilla powder, and salt until well combined.
Cook over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it boils. Turn off the heat.
Wait for the steam to dissipate, add about 1 drop of food coloring for every 600 ml of mixture.
Pour into standing pouches or cups, cool, and then suck to enjoy.
