Jackfruit Brown Sugar Pudding
Ingredients
- 800 ml water
- 1 packet white agar-agar powder
- 200 grams brown sugar
- 10 jackfruit, diced
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 1 packet agar-agar powder
- 100 grams granulated sugar
Preparation
Cook the ingredients for part 1 (except jackfruit) and part 2 in separate pans until they boil.
Arrange some jackfruit at the bottom of the mold, pour half of the boiled mixture from part 1, and allow it to partially set.
Pour the boiled mixture from part 2 and allow it to partially set.
Sprinkle more jackfruit, pour the remaining mixture from part 1, allow it to partially set, and then pour the remaining mixture from part 2.
Refrigerate until fully set.
Unmold onto a serving plate, cut into pieces, and serve.
