Easy Corn Custard Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup custard powder
  • 3 cups water (use boiled water)
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste, typically 3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tin canned corn (or use one whole tin for more)
  • Yellow food coloring (optional)
  • Vanilla essence (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in one pot and stir until well combined.

  2. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens, stirring until small bubbles appear.

  3. Pour into a mold and let it cool slightly.

  4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

  5. It is ready to serve.

Tips

  1. Adjust the amount of sweetened condensed milk and canned corn to your preference.

  2. Yellow food coloring and vanilla essence can be omitted if desired.
