Easy Corn Custard Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup custard powder
- 3 cups water (use boiled water)
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste, typically 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tin canned corn (or use one whole tin for more)
- Yellow food coloring (optional)
- Vanilla essence (optional)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in one pot and stir until well combined.
Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens, stirring until small bubbles appear.
Pour into a mold and let it cool slightly.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
It is ready to serve.
Tips
Adjust the amount of sweetened condensed milk and canned corn to your preference.
Yellow food coloring and vanilla essence can be omitted if desired.
