  • 1.5 liters water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 small box coconut milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons glutinous rice flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • A little syrup
  • A little salt

  2. In 1.5 liters of water, add 1 cup of sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Mix 3 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, then dissolve them into the sugar water mixture.
