Milo Agar Agar Jelly Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 packet agar agar strips or 30g agar agar strips
  • 1L water
  • 500ml liquid milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Milo powder

Preparation

  1. Wash and soak the agar agar strips until soft.

  2. Combine agar agar with water in a pot.

  3. Cook on the stove until agar agar dissolves completely.

  4. Then add the other ingredients.

  5. Stir well.

  6. Cook until boiling.

  7. Turn off the heat.

  8. Lightly wet the mold.

  9. Pour the mixture into the mold and cool.

Tips

  1. The quantity of sugar and milk can be adjusted according to personal taste.
