Cream Cracker Batik Cake
Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 1.5 cups Milo powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
- 1 spoon Old Town white coffee or similar (optional)
- Cream crackers as needed
Preparation
Line the pan with plastic for easy removal.
Melt butter in a pan on low heat.
Turn off the heat after butter melts.
Add condensed milk and stir.
Add Milo, cocoa powder, and white coffee, stir until no lumps.
Pour a little mixture into the lined pan and spread to cover the base.
Arrange a layer of cream crackers in the pan and press lightly.
Pour more mixture and spread evenly.
Repeat layering until all mixture is used.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Tips
Before serving, remove from the fridge in advance.
