Red Velvet Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients
Base
- 1 large pack red velvet oreo cookies
- 3 tablespoons butter
Filling
- 500g cream cheese
- 200ml whipping cream
- separated white cream from oreo cookies
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 pack red velvet oreo cookies
Preparation
Separate the white cream from 1 large pack of red velvet oreo cookies and crush the biscuits.
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and press firmly into a 6-inch pan.
Place in the fridge and freeze for 15 minutes.
Mix 1 tablespoon gelatin powder with 2 tablespoons water and stir until clear.
Beat 500g cream cheese and 3 tablespoons caster sugar until smooth and sugar is dissolved.
Add 200ml whipping cream, the separated oreo cream, gelatin mixture, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice if using, and beat until well combined and fluffy.
Fold in the broken 1/2 pack of red velvet oreo cookies.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the frozen base.
Decorate with oreo cookies as desired.
Freeze in the refrigerator overnight.
It is ready to serve.
Notes
Use a 6-inch pan.
Lemon juice is optional.
