Easy Pineapple Delight Dessert
Ingredients
Pineapple cooking
- 500g chopped pineapple
- 350g water
- 100g refined sugar
Cream
- 395g condensed milk
- 30g corn starch
- 300g whole milk
- 200g heavy cream
- 7g vanilla paste
Finishing
- 200g chilled whipped cream
- 5g vanilla paste
Preparation
Cook the pineapple mixture by simmering chopped pineapple, water, and refined sugar until the pineapple is soft and syrupy.
Prepare the cream by combining condensed milk, corn starch, whole milk, heavy cream, and vanilla paste in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
For finishing, in a serving dish, layer the pineapple mixture and the cream, or mix them together. Top with chilled whipped cream mixed with vanilla paste before serving.
