Passion Fruit Mousse with Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  • 200ml concentrated passion fruit juice
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Ganache

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200ml heavy cream

Preparation

  1. Blend passion fruit juice, condensed milk, powdered milk, and heavy cream in a blender for 5 minutes until creamy

  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes

  3. Cut dark chocolate into cubes and melt in a double boiler or microwave

  4. Mix the melted chocolate with heavy cream until smooth

  5. Pour the ganache over the mousse and refrigerate for another 30 minutes
