Passion Fruit Mousse with Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
- 200ml concentrated passion fruit juice
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Ganache
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200ml heavy cream
Preparation
Blend passion fruit juice, condensed milk, powdered milk, and heavy cream in a blender for 5 minutes until creamy
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes
Cut dark chocolate into cubes and melt in a double boiler or microwave
Mix the melted chocolate with heavy cream until smooth
Pour the ganache over the mousse and refrigerate for another 30 minutes

Decorate with chocolate shavings
