Cherry Chocolate Ganache Cups

Ingredients

  • 200 grams melted dark chocolate
  • 70 grams lukewarm cooking or fresh cream
  • Finely chopped US Cherries

Garnish

  • US Cherries
  • Gold dust

Preparation

  1. Take approximately 200 grams of melted dark chocolate melted in the microwave for 40 seconds.

  2. Mix it well.

  3. To make chocolate cups, take silicon molds.

  4. Pour one spoon of chocolate into each mold.

  5. Apply the chocolate on the walls of the cups with a brush.

  6. Place all molds in the freezer for 5 minutes.

  7. Remove them and apply another layer of chocolate to make thicker cups.

  8. Return to the refrigerator for 5 minutes.

  9. To make ganache, add approximately 70 grams of lukewarm cooking or fresh cream to the remaining melted chocolate.

  10. Mix it well.

  11. Add some finely chopped US Cherries and mix.

  12. Remove the chocolate cups from the refrigerator.

  13. Demold all cups.

  14. Add the ganache to a piping bag.

  15. Pour the ganache into all cups.

  16. Dust gold on the edge of the cups.

  17. Top with US Cherries.

Tips

  1. You can make this ganache with milk or white chocolate as well.
