Warm Spiced Christmas Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 750 ml milk
- 1.5 teaspoons cocoa
- 20 g erythritol
- 100 g chocolate (50/50 milk and dark)
- pinch of salt
- 0.5 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Pour the sweetener and cocoa into a saucepan and stir.
Add a little milk and turn on the heat.
Pour in the remaining milk and cook, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, add the chopped chocolate.
At the end, add salt, gingerbread spice, and cinnamon.
Cook until the chocolate is completely melted.
Serving
Serve hot with whipped cream and marshmallows.
