Easy Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 3 tbsp liquid margarine
  • 3 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and spread it with the liquid margarine.

  3. Mix the coconut blossom sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle it over the puff pastry.

  4. Roll up the pastry from the long side and cut into slices of 1.5 to 2 cm.

  5. Place the slices cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes, or until brown and crispy.

  6. Optionally, serve with a frosting made from powdered sugar and plant-based milk or vegan whipped cream.
