Plant-Based Wild Rice Burger
Ingredients
- 95g cooked wild rice
- 160g hydrated pea protein
- 135g mushrooms
- Diced onions
- Minced fresh or dry parsley
- Soy sauce
- Roasted ground cumin
- Small splash of Jamaican oxtail sauce
- Flax egg
- Panko breadcrumbs
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to form a uniform mixture
Shape the mixture into burger patties of desired size
Cook the patties in a skillet, oven, or grill until golden brown and heated through
