Ingredients

  • 95g cooked wild rice
  • 160g hydrated pea protein
  • 135g mushrooms
  • Diced onions
  • Minced fresh or dry parsley
  • Soy sauce
  • Roasted ground cumin
  • Small splash of Jamaican oxtail sauce
  • Flax egg
  • Panko breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to form a uniform mixture

  2. Shape the mixture into burger patties of desired size

  3. Cook the patties in a skillet, oven, or grill until golden brown and heated through
