Carana Bread Half Carrot Cake Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 100g any flour
- 150g blended oats
- 150g mashed over ripe banana
- 100g grated carrot
- 100g any nut butter or margarine
- 100g any sugar, sweetener, maple or golden syrup
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 handful of any dried fruit
- 1 handful of any chopped nuts (optional)
- 4 eggs or chia/ flax or egg replacer
Preparation
Mix sugar and butter together until creamy.
Add all the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour into a greased loaf tin (or any tin works) and scatter over slices of banana, grated carrot, oats and sugar.
Oven cook on 180 degrees Celsius, 350 degrees Fahrenheit or gas mark 4 for around 35 minutes or until a skewer prodded in comes out clean.
