Birthday Cake Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 small ripe bananas (1/2 cup mashed)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (or 1/4 cup milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup cassava flour (or all purpose flour)
- 1 cup almond flour (or pecan/cashew/walnut flour)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- frosting
- sprinkles
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
Pour batter into an 8x8 pan and bake for 25 minutes, or use a loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
After it has cooled, cut into little bites.
Coat with icing mixed with pomegranate powder and add sprinkles.
