Classic Moist Chocolate Bundt Cake Delight
Ingredients
- 250 g soft butter
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g dark chocolate shavings
Glaze
- 200 g dark chocolate coating
Preparation
Cream the butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar
Separate the eggs
Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside
Add the egg yolbs to the butter mixture one by one, mixing well
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection: 160 degrees)
Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and stir into the batter
Add milk and mix
Gently fold in the egg whites
Fold in the dark chocolate shavings
Swirl a silicone bundt pan (diameter 24 cm) with cold water, do not dry
Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top slightly
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 60-70 minutes
Let the cake cool completely, then turn out of the pan
Glaze
Melt the dark chocolate coating in a double boiler
Place the cake on a cake plate and pour the chocolate over it
Let the chocolate set
