Summer Berry Tartlets
Ingredients
- 2 cups of almond flour, 1/2 cup of coconut flour
- - pinch of salt
- - 2 tbsp cold butter (can use coconut oil but has to be solid)
- - 3 tbsp of agave (2 tbsp if using maple syrup)
- - 1/2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- - 2 tbsp aquafaba (AKA chickpea liquid)
- fresh berries
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Use a fork to ‘cut’ the butter into the flour until a sandy texture
Add in all the other ingredients and mix well
Add about a tbsp of the crust mixture into a small muffin case and press
Bake for 12 minutes at 180˚C
Once cooled add the filling & toppings
