Bang Bang Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Bang bang sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat in a mixture of crushed cornflakes, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Mix the extra 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce with the cooked chicken for a glossy, spicy coating.
To make the Bang Bang sauce, in a bowl combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and the remaining 2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce. Whisk until smooth and serve on the side for dipping or drizzling.

This dish is perfect for dipping or tossing the chicken in the sauce.
