Easy Low Carb Chicken and Cheese Savory Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream or sour cream
  • 100 grams shredded and seasoned chicken
  • 20 grams shredded Minas cheese
  • salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with the heavy cream and a pinch of salt to form the batter

  2. Place silicone molds in a baking pan or use a large baking dish. Pour a small amount of batter into the bottom

  3. Top with the shredded chicken and cheese until filled

  4. Pour the remaining batter over the top and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired

  5. Bake at medium heat until golden on top, about 25 minutes

Serving suggestion

  1. Serve with a side salad for lunch or dinner
