Keto Salmon Roll with Spinach and Cream Cheese
Ingredients
Dough
- 4 eggs
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- 50g grated cheese
- 50g spinach leaves
Filling
- 80g herb cream cheese
- 100g smoked salmon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat until frothy. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix in the grated cheese.
Finely chop the fresh spinach and mix it into the mixture.
Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet and shape it into a rectangle.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, remove, and let it cool slightly.
Flip the mixture and spread the cream cheese on the still warm mixture to make it easier to spread.
Spread the entire surface thinly with cream cheese. Now distribute the salmon on the cream cheese.
Roll up tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes, wrapped in plastic wrap.
Cut into thin slices and serve cold or warmed.
