Three-Ingredient Brazilian Pastry Snacks
Ingredients
- 1 (10.5 oz) can heavy cream, 300g
- 2 1/4 cups (320g) all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Mix heavy cream, flour, and salt until a homogeneous dough forms
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Roll the dough thin and cut into 7 cm diameter discs
Place a portion of filling on each disc, fold in half to form a half-moon, and seal the edges with a fork
Cooking options
Fry the pastries in hot oil until golden brown, then drain on paper towels
Alternatively, brush with beaten egg and bake in a 180Β°C (350Β°F) oven until golden brown
