Soft and Easy Crepes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
Preparation
Mix the egg, milk, oil, and salt.
Add the flour in two additions, stirring until smooth to prepare the crepe batter.
Grease a heated pan, pour a ladle of batter, spread it out, and cook on medium heat.
