Soft and Easy Crepes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg, milk, oil, and salt.

  2. Add the flour in two additions, stirring until smooth to prepare the crepe batter.

  3. Grease a heated pan, pour a ladle of batter, spread it out, and cook on medium heat.
