Easy Cheese-Filled Crepe Boregi
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Half red bell pepper
- A pinch of finely chopped parsley
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Half teaspoon black pepper
Filling
- Kasar cheese
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients with a whisk to achieve a smooth consistency.
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, spread it out, and cook both sides.
Place grated kasar cheese on one side, fold it closed, and cook for a little longer.
Grease with a little oil and remove from heat.
