Easy Cheese-Filled Crepe Boregi

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Half red bell pepper
  • A pinch of finely chopped parsley
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Half teaspoon black pepper

Filling

  • Kasar cheese

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients with a whisk to achieve a smooth consistency.

  2. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, spread it out, and cook both sides.

  3. Place grated kasar cheese on one side, fold it closed, and cook for a little longer.

  4. Grease with a little oil and remove from heat.
