Beet and Apple Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 small boiled beets
- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons honey
For decoration
- Ice cubes
- Carbonated water
Preparation
Place the beets, apples, and honey in a blender. Add several ice cubes and blend on medium speed until smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the cocktail into serving glasses to fill two-thirds, add carbonated water, and serve immediately.
