Blended Cinnamon Coffee with Collagen and Butter

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces hot coffee
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp collagen peptides - two brands I love are @greatlakesgelatin or @zintnutrition!
  • 1-2 tsps butter - @kerrygoldusa is particularly creamy & delicious!
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling on top

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together.

  2. Pour into your favorite get-up-and-go mug, and enjoy.
