Cremiges Ananas Curry
Ingredients

- 2 cups of basmati
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 350g pineapple (tin)
- 150g sugar snap peas
- 400ml coconut milk
- 200g of strained tomatoes
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp curcuma
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tsp curry
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cm ginger, grated
- 1 onion, chopped

Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the onions, pineapple, ginger, turmeric, coriander and curry until hot
Until the pineapple is slightly browned)
Add the coconut milk, sugar snap peas, lemon juice, soy sauce and the strained tomatoes and cook everything on a low heat (about 10 min)
Add the chopped coriander
