Veggies and Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 big handfull of haricots verts
- 2 dl vegan cream
- 390 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
In a pan, fry off chopped onion and the vego bites in some oil
Add the veggies after a few minutes and fry everything, until it have some colour
Add the sauces and the spieces all together, stir and let the stew boil for a few minutes
Serve with rice or pasta
