Veggies and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 big handfull of haricots verts
  • 2 dl vegan cream
  • 390 g crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. In a pan, fry off chopped onion and the vego bites in some oil

  2. Add the veggies after a few minutes and fry everything, until it have some colour

  3. Add the sauces and the spieces all together, stir and let the stew boil for a few minutes

  4. Serve with rice or pasta
